Pic-A-Nic Basket is a fruited saison blended with a portion of barrel-fermented sour beer. To this base we added a whole bunch of tart cherries, sweet cherries, and rhubarb. Sounds to us like a delicious pie filling, which made us think about smarter-than-average bears, which led to the name. Tart, lightly funky, dry, but bursting with fruit flavor, Pic-A-Nic Basket is a real drinking sour beer.
